At least I remember the TASTE!
Below are pics of Mahi Mahi on a bed of rice topped with some funky (in a good way) Ancho pepper sauce Beni invented.
To balance out the strong pepper taste, we had a side salad topped with a peachy pico de gallo.
For the last 9 years, my husband Beni has been making fabulous dinners for me. I'm always amazed at his creativity and skill in the kitchen. Most nights of the week I find myself wanting to call some one or hit my social networking sites and brag about him. After tonight's tasty meal I realized the occasional Facebook status update or Tweet does not do him justice - Beni's meals need their own blog! So.... Guess what Beni made!?
